Styer WD615 Marine Diesel Engine which is the only high-reliable engine in China,that complies with the original design
E2 of Austrian Styer Company at present.
The new generation Styer WD615 marine diesel engine made by SINOTRUK is the only one in China that adopts advanced matching components such asPS8500 mechanical in-line high-pressure pump,Delphi low inertia injector etc.thus making the intake system and fuel supply system reach a perfect mactching,so that the dynamic chearacteristic and the fuel economy of the engine are markedly improved and the fuel-saving effect is excellent.
The continuous entire engine test of 6000h shows that the engine is not only of the highest reliability and stronger
dynamic characteristic,but also shows incomparable fuel-saving effect;and its fuel consumption is by more than 10% lower than all the other ones of the same kind in China.The minimum fuel consumption is 192g/kW.h and has reached the European level.
The new generation engine features wide power and speed range,good reliabity,small volume,light weight,low fuel
consumption,low emission.and inter change ability of its main parts with those of the base model engine and too much
easy availability of fittings;therefore it is principally applicable for main and ancillary engint for marine.
